Continuing Education

Educational sessions at The TMA Annual provide an overview of topics relevant to the practice of corporate renewal, restructuring, and turnaround. There is no prerequisite or advance study necessary to attend the conference or to qualify for continuing education credit. The conference is a “group live” educational offering. CPE, CTP, and CLE credit is available (up to 5.25 credits based on a 60-minute hour or 6.30 credits based on a 50-minute hour).
 
CPE
Certified Public Accountants may earn a maximum of 6.30 hours of CPE (based on a 50-minute hour) for conference attendance.

Turnaround Management Association (TMA) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.NASBARegistry.org.
 
 
CTP/CTA
CTPs and CTAs may earn a maximum of 6.30 hours of continuing education credit (based on a 50-minute hour) for conference attendance. For complete information regarding continuing education requirements, please consult the Continuing Professional Education Requirement Guidelines and Policies.
 
CLE
Attorneys may earn a maximum of 5.25 hours of credit (based on a 60-minute hour) or 6.30 hours of credit (based on a 50-minute hour) for conference participation. The final calculation of CLE hours earned is subject to individual state bars’ determination of credits.

TMA is a registered Accredited Provider of CLE by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. The 2019 TMA Annual Conference has been approved for CLE credit, including 1.0 Enhanced Ethics credit, by the Supreme Court of Delaware. Accreditation by other state bar associations is pending and will be updated as more information becomes available.
