Education Sessions


You can always count on world class Education Sessions at any of TMA's conferences, and this year's Annual is no exception! With multiple General Sessions and Education Sessions on the industry's hottest topics, we know you'll walk away armed with the best tools and resources to tackle what's next in our industry. In addition, those who qualify will be able to earn CPE/CLE credit for attending.

Turnaround Management Association (TMA) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org
  
No prerequisites are required to earn CPE credit at The 2021 TMA Annual Conference. CPE credit is calculated on the basis of a 50-minute hour. All education sessions are categorized as Basic. 

**CLE credit calculated on the basis of a 60-minute hour. TMA applies for CLE accreditation in select jurisdictions based on attendee needs; this information will be updated as it becomes available. Your jurisdiction may accept this credit via reciprocity. Please refer to your state bar association's guidelines for complete information. CLE has been accredited in the following jurisdictions and formats:
Delaware - up to 8.1 CLE credits available in-personvirtually, or on-demand
Pennsylvania - up to 8.0 CLE credits available in-personvirtually, or on-demand
Tennessee
 - up to 8.1 CLE credits available in-personvirtually, or on-demand
Texas
 - up to 8.0 CLE credits available in-person, virtually, or on-demand
Additional state accreditations are pending.

Attendees must have attended at least 50 minutes of a breakout session or 60 minutes of a general session in order to earn credit for that session. See the meeting platform or conference app for complete details to claim credit.

The State Bar of Arizona does not approve or accredit CLE activities for the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirement. This activity may qualify toward your annual CLE requirement for the State Bar of Arizona. 

California credit can be claimed by the attorney, based on the fact an approved jurisdiction approved the activity.
