To claim continuing education credit, attendees must attend a live session. Once clicked "join", attendees will automatically be checked-in to the session on the conference platform in the same was as if they had signed in at the door. This "check in" is automatically recorded by the conference platform on the individual's profile. The conference platform will also record when an attendee stops watching a session. TMA will issue continuing education credit certificates of attendance (CLE, CPE, CEUs, or any combination therein) following IMPACT 2020 to individuals with verified attendance in education sessions.
Attendees must still complete a Continuing Education Certificate of Attendance Request Form, which will be available shortly. This form must be submitted to TMA for CLE, CPE, or CEU credit to be issued. TMA staff will validate attendance before issuing continuing education credit.

CLE credit calculated on the basis of a 60-minute hour. Sessions have been accredited by the Supreme Courts of Delaware and Pennsylvania. Additional jurisdictions are pending. Many states accept Delaware and Pennsylvania CLE credit via reciprocity. Please refer to your state bar association's guidelines for complete information. CLE information will be updated as it becomes available.
The State Bar of Arizona does not approve or accredit CLE activities for the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirement. This activity may qualify toward your annual CLE requirement for the State Bar of Arizona.
California CLE credit can be claimed by the attorney when an approved jurisdiction approved the activity.
