ESG Initiatives  and the Energy Industry: Who’s Paying for Change?

ESG Initiatives  and the Energy Industry: Who’s Paying for Change?
1.0 CLE / 1.2 CPE / 1.2 CEU
Thursday, October 28 | 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Panelists will discuss continuing distress in the energy sector, and the current focus on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives.  Will the older and dirtier energy sources be replaced by newer/cleaner technologies? Will ESG initiatives impact where new investment goes, and will that create more distress for fossil fuel-based companies and technologies? Join this session to discuss the basis for the long and continuing distress in the energy sector, the current focus on ESG initiatives, and the impact and outcomes for the sector going forward.
