Carolyn Glick, BlackRock Capital Investment Corporation
Carolyn Glick, Managing Director, is a member of Blackrock's Global Credit Platform. She is responsible for originating and executing direct lending and special situations investment opportunities and maintaining relationships with key deal sources and intermediaries across the US including private equity groups, investment banks, turnaround advisors and others. The investments sourced can be placed across the BlackRock Alternative Investors (BAI) platform but sit primarily in the BlackRock Private Credit group which since 1999 has invested nearly $27 billion in over 800 portfolio companies.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Glick was a Director at Tennenbaum Capital Partners who managed more than $9 billion in committed capital and was acquired by BlackRock in 2018. Prior to joining TCP in 2014, Ms. Glick was a Managing Director at Bank of America Business Capital, responsible for loan originations and financial sponsor coverage. Before Bank of America, she was with Wells Fargo Capital Finance serving in various credit and originations roles, most recently as a Managing Director responsible for originating, structuring and managing asset-backed loans.

Carle Felton is a Director in the Goldman Sachs Specialty Lending Group, originating and managing debt and equity investments supporting middle market companies throughout North America. Over the last ten years, Carle has worked extensively within the TMT, consumer, and software industries. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Carle held several advisory, restructuring and principal investment positions with Ernst & Young, GE Capital and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Carle Felton is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant, and holds a Masters in Accountancy from The University of Georgia. Carle lives in Atlanta with his wife and four children.

Jay Goffman, Rothschild & Co
Jay Goffman is a Vice Chairman of Rothschild & Co’s Global Advisory practice in North America, advising clients across the firm’s Restructuring, Debt and M&A practices. Mr. Goffman has over 36 years of experience in restructuring and M&A, and prior to joining Rothschild & Co in 2020, he was the Global Co-Head of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom’s Corporate Restructuring Group.
Mr. Goffman has been honored with numerous awards directly related to restructuring. He was named among The Decade’s Most Influential Lawyers by The National Law Journal in 2010. He was recognized as one of The American Lawyer’s Dealmakers of the Year in 2011 for his work in restructuring MGM, the largest prepackaged bankruptcy ever completed in under 33 days. In the 2011 Financial Times’ U.S. Innovative Lawyers report, Mr. Goffman was named as one of the 10 most innovative lawyers in the U.S. and recognized as a “pioneer” and a leader in out-of-court and prepackaged restructurings. In 2016, Mr. Goffman was presented with the Restructuring Leadership Achievement award at the 8th Annual Turnaround Atlas Awards recognizing his leadership and numerous contributions to the broader restructuring community over more than three decades. In 2016, The American Lawyer bestowed upon Mr. Goffman its Transatlantic Finance Dealmaker: Restructuring (U.S.) award for his contributions to international restructuring. In 2015, the New York Institute of Credit bestowed upon Mr. Goffman its 42nd Leadership in Credit Education Award for his dedication and commitment to the credit industry. He also has been named one of Law360’s MVPs and one of the Leading Restructuring Attorneys in the U.S. by Turnarounds and Workouts on numerous occasions.
Mr. Goffman holds a BS from The State University of New York of Binghamton and a JD with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
