While you might not want to get your sweat on at an in-person event, our online format provides the unique opportunity to help you squeeze some wellness into your day and wake up your senses before you dive into learning and networking. This is a great way to start your morning off right before your coffee chats, and give you something interesting to chat about when you get there! If you’re a beginner, maybe you’ll get to connect with an experienced TMA yogi, and if you’re advanced, you’ll be able to give other members some tips. Healthy IMPACT: Fun Fitness Classes

If a Zen yoga morning isn’t your speed, the fitness class offers an opportunity to get the same networking results in a higher energy setting. Talking about the ways that you’ve stayed active through quarantine is a great way to break the ice and find common ground with other members - the trials and tribulations of at home workouts or trying to go on a socially distant run are something we’ve all dealt with. So kick your morning into gear with a fun class and have plenty of fodder to start a more serious networking conversation later.
